Buying Local

The breads that are oh-so-soft and truly enhance that taste of our sandwiches are bought fresh daily from Delta Bakery.

The veggies that always give that garden-fresh taste to our creations are bought right off the farm at Windset Farms.

The groceries that keep the Café going and make everything possible are bought from Jerry’s Market.

When something needs fixing, hanging, or cleaning, Ladner Village Hardware has the supplies we need to take care of it all.

That full-bodied, rich and flavourful coffee that is simply irresistible is brought to us by Mogania Coffee- a family run business. The beans are grown on a family farm in Brazil, then sent straight up to relatives in Richmond, BC, then right to us at the Café! Check out  their story here

Supporting Ladnerites

We collect non-perishable food items, which are all donated to families in need living in Ladner. For every donation made, we offer 10¢ off coffee.

In the month of December, we hold raffle draws for prize baskets and all proceeds go to Deltaassist. The folks at Deltassist then use the proceeds donated to put together food hampers and buy toys for families + seniors in need living in Delta.

When tragedy struck our Northern Alberta neighbors, with a fire sweeping across Fort McMurray, the staff at Localz came together with the community members of Ladner. For one month, all tips received went to the Red Cross to help those affected by the wildfire.
